At Whispering Stone, each session is intended to be a restorative experience for body, mind, and nervous system. These policies help create a calm, respectful, and supportive environment while allowing me to provide thoughtful care to every client.

Appointments & Arrivals
Sessions are available by appointment only. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in and complete any necessary forms. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to honor the next client’s scheduled time.
The full session fee will still apply.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.
No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
Health & Illness
Please inform me before your session of any medical conditions, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or other changes that may affect your care. This information helps me provide safe and appropriate massage.
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you are under a physician’s care, medical clearance may be requested before receiving massage.
If you are experiencing fever, vomiting, flu-like symptoms, or another contagious condition, please reschedule. This helps protect everyone who shares the space.
Scope of Practice & Professional Boundaries
Whispering Stone provides therapeutic and restorative massage to support relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. Massage therapy does not include medical diagnosis or treatment.
All sessions are strictly professional. Sexual comments, requests, advances, harassment, or other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. The session will end immediately, full payment will be required, and no refund will be provided.
Draping, Comfort & Consent
Professional draping is used at all times to ensure privacy, safety, and comfort. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered, and you may undress only to your personal level of comfort.
Massage is a collaborative, consent-based process. Please communicate any preferences or concerns regarding pressure, temperature, positioning, or focus areas. You may request adjustments or stop the session at any time.
Quiet & Respectful Environment
Sessions are designed as a peaceful, restorative experience. Please silence mobile devices before your appointment and avoid wearing strong fragrances.
Whispering Stone is a solo practice. Punctuality and clear communication help each client receive the full attention and care they deserve. Thank you for supporting a calm and respectful shared space.
Payment & Gratuity
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of the session.
Whispering Stone follows a no-tipping model. Session rates are set to reflect the full value of the care you receive, so gratuity is neither expected nor necessary. Your trust, your presence, and the opportunity to support your well-being are genuinely appreciated.
